Andrew Hull is a highly accomplished classical guitar composer and performer who has published solo collections with Mel Bay and Productions d'Oz with premieres at his alma mater, the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. With musical influences from Spanish Guitar to Flamenco to  neoclassical pop influences, Andrew has received commissions from virtuosos like Augustine Artist Kevin Enstrom, a protege of the great Christopher Parkening, and guitar ensembles like the Triada Trio and Three Arch Trio. He's quickly becoming a leading composer for guitar orchestra and high school ensembles with recent performances of his pop-inspired guitar orchestra piece "Locked In" by the Servite High School Guitar ensemble and students of the Colburn Summer Intensive.

A finalist in the Guitar Foundation of America International Competition and a Fulbright Scholar to Montevideo, Uruguay under the mentorship of Abel Carlevaro, Andrew has cultivated his artistry through extensive training including the San Francisco Conservatory (Dusan Bogdanovic) and the University of Arizona (Thomas Patterson); and also studied at USC (William Kanengiser and Scott Tennant), and the California Institute of the Arts (Stuart Fox).
